Share security documents through your Trust Portal
A prospective customer asks for your pentest report. Send them to your Trust Portal, where they can read your public security information and request protected documents.
Chapter 01
Prepare the information buyers keep asking for.
Create your organization's Trust Portal and choose its URL slug. Write the public overview in the draft: what a buyer should know about your security program before they ask for supporting documents. Check the claims against your current program before publishing them.
01 / Draft · your organization's public security overview
Chapter 03
Publish when your organization is ready.
An authorized member can publish once the draft's publication requirements are met. You can ask a Sythe Labs operator to review it first, but that review is optional. Only Sythe Labs can enable the Verified by Sythe Labs badge: it represents our verification of your organization.
03 / Publication · controlled by your authorized team member
Chapter 04
Review exactly what the buyer requested.
Document requests go to an authorized Sythe Labs operator. They can ask for more information, decline, or approve access to specific document versions. Approved download links have an expiry and a download limit. The buyer gets access to the documents granted for that request.
04 / Release · approved document versions with limited download access
What you leave with
